Deck #2 Inoperable

I have been having multiple, seemingly software, issues with the Prime 4 since I got it a few months ago. Power cycling usually fixes the problem. Now deck #2 will not play. I can load a track into the deck and that is about it.

Any help out there?

You should call tech support or change your unit if you still can.

Returned Prime 4 to Denon. Waiting on replacement.
