Danon SC6000 dual layer problems ( no longer connects to the second player (link) )

Hello my dears, I have a problem with my SC6000 player, both players are in dual mode. But I don’t want this anymore and would like to play from one player to the other again. To do this I have to switch off the dual mode again but I don’t know where. The beatcount is not displayed between the two players. I have connected a network cable but the LINK indicator does not light up blue. Can someone help me or does someone have exactly the same problem ?

Thanks for your attention Pete

I’m pretty sure the manual will help you figure it out.

I have now read the manual, the option is there to switch off this dual layer mode again, but in my options this option is no longer available! ( Engine OS 4.3.1 ) is the current one I have on my players.

Manual : Layer B: This determines whether this SC6000 PRIME will use both deck layers (On) or just one (Off).

Layer B is not available in my options under DEVICE. I get Player first and then Wi-Fi . So where is this option ?

Can anyone help me ?

apparently the error was because I set the display sync indicator to beat phase, I found it a bit strange, I thought it was due to the layers but now everything works fine again.

So you solved your own problem and learned a little bit more about your gear.

Did you try the Shift+Layer button combo?
