Cue on MC6000Mk2 problems

I have a problem with the Cue on my Denon MC6000Mk2 using Traktor Pro3

With the Split Cue “OFF” and the Pan knob fully over to CUE, the master Volume is" still present.

In settings I have the Master Output as Channels 1 & 2 and the Cue as Channels 3 & 4 (These are the only options in the Denon control settings).

Any ideas?

Remember, you have a controller. Almost ALL pots and buttons just function as a keyboard for software.

Check how the physical knob corresponds to the software function:
