I own a Prime 4 (same software) and just invested in a Numark Mixstream Pro Go. It’s a great unit but lacks one thing that makes it usable for many DJs. I’d hate to send it back if the crossfader reverse function is not made available. The only way I can use the Numark reversing the crossfader is using Serato, which defeats the purpose of even buying a standalone unit. I’ve been DJing since 12years old this way and would love to have the ability to use this unit, but it will have to go back if this isn’t possible like the Prime 4.
Even if they were looking at changing it, they won’t be doing it next week so you’re going to have to make that decision. Either send it back or expect to wait several months at a minimum for it maybe being added.

Definitely need a hamster switch. Ive been Djing over 30 plus years, and I learned how to scratch and juggle hamster. Would love to have the hamster switch, for now I am just mixing, trying not to use the crossfader, or I would screw up, as I am use to the opposite sides on the crossfader.
At this point i am getting frustrated. Ive goofed up good sets. Because of the inability of using the hamster fader. Ive used the up down faders and disabled the crossfader. However i dont feel im doing my best. I am at a point, i will crack open the unit and flip the fader inside such an inconvenience. Many mixers have this option, why not this one? Frustrated and weary. Starting to regret buying this unit. Hope the developers see this and make a serious update. At this I am having a hard time to say i recommemd this product.
Send it back. You bought it very well knowing it did not have a xfader reverse unless you blatantly ignored doing research into getting your ultimate gear.
The others are right, make a feature request and wait or return it or keep ‘CRYING’ about it.
You could always turn the mixer top to bottom.
