Crash with Engine Desktop need some help

Hello, need help, my desktop version of Engine has crashed and won’t launch despite several tries and reinstallations. This happened after I updated the TAGs on some songs. When I launch the app it just opens a small white window. Thank you for your support

which version engine you are using ? u r using macbook or windows?

Dear Andrew I use Engine_DJ_4.3.0_159ab27b8d_Setup on laptop and windows 11 12th gen.

This version was running well since few month

did u try to install the old version v4.2.1 jst to check if it still crash,or mayb there is a bug may cuz the crashed

yes I try 4.2.0 and 4.2.1 version with the same result

Try uninstalling these, restart the PC then install Engine again.

I try this, uninstall virtual c++ and reinstall engine PC but the problem persists ! Thank you for your proposal

Hi Mederic Lavallee Yes I did I repaired the register base of my computer with a free special software as ccleaner and reinstall Engine DJ It has been probably caused by using mp3 music file recoverder corrupted on the web Regards
