Connection issue via WLAN from Laptop to Prime 4+

Helllo there, I´v a big Issue; I cannot connect my Laptop (Win 11, 25H2, actual patch) with my Denon Priem 4+ Controller anymor. It worked fine long time and I´m pretty shure I havnt changed anything, but since some days, when I start endinge DJ on my DJ-Laptop, the Laptop is not more shown under Streaming-Sources on my Controller! Both devices are still in the same WLAN. No changes there. I´v tried several things: installing engine-dj-sw new on the laptop, updating drivers and Windows, restarting alle devices incl. router. New connection to WLAN etc. Nothing helped. The Thing is: when I use a different Laptop (also Win 11 25H2 with actual patch) it´s shown directly (after I open engine-dj there) on my Controller under Streamin-Sources.

Did anybody have same problem? Any Ideas how to solve it? I´v also opend an Issue to Denon some days before, but till now, no answer…

till some days I had the same problem. My IT expert detected a blocking in the fire wall. After changing the settings in the firewall, my P4+ “can see” the laptop (Lenovo E580; Windows 11 Pro). The problem occures afte an Window / Lenovo update.

But pls don’t ask me, which settings he changed. Phps this hint may assist you a little.

Hi all, I just got an replay from Denon Support and the solution was: On my Laptop in the internet settings I had to change from privat to publick network. That´s all. Now it works fine again thanks all!!!
