Haven’t read the manual, but I see there is a digital link in and digital out on the back. Maybe you can try connecting these two?
Use digital link in and out. In the mixers menu You can also set if the master knob will be affecting each mixer, or not. This way You can have one mixer sending audio directly to the master of the other mixer.
