Can't See The Songs

I have the Denon DJ Prime Go and I’m adding new songs onto an SD card. When I’m in the Engine DJ software on my PC, I see the songs. But when I put the SD card in and search for the songs, they aren’t there.

I’m a newbie, so be gentile.

My first thought is - how are you adding new songs?

I have loaded the new songs on the SD card I use in the controller. When I look at the SD card in Windows Explorer, the songs are on the card. But when I try and call it up in the DJ Prime Go, the songs don’t show up.

Have you formatted the SD card and exported your playlists from engine prime (PC)?

Yes. It is formatted to the specifications that it’s supposed to be.

Have you added the songs to your collection in engine dj? Or put it into a playlist?
