Can't load tracks to Performance Pads

I’ve got a prime 4+ on latest firmware and o/s.

When I drag a track slightly to the right, either local or over tidal, and click the load button, it doesnt display any performance pads to add songs to the sampler.

If I load the “sampler library” which is the default samples, it does it from there.

I’ve seen videos on youtube of people loading anything to the sample pads, why is it not working for me?

Click Shift + roll, go to the browser, Drag a sample bit to the left, then hit the pad.
