Hey there, I have a problem with my prime 4. After updating the firmware from 1.6.2 to 2.3.2 I can’t connect to Beatport link, and I’m getting the error message : check your internet connection. I was previously able to connect to it without any problems , I already checked my wifi and used a mobile hotspot and a completely new router but nothing is helping. I also checked my internet speed and everything seems to be normal (250/mbs) . has anyone had this issue before and knows how to fix it or is there a way to fix it? Any suggestions that might help are welcome
Same problem, also beatsource cannot login or firmware update, the message is: No internet connection!
