Can see Wifi cannot connect

Hi, SC6000M can see the network but wifi cannot connect, on latest firmware. Other units can connect fine to the same network.

I see that downgrading firmware can help. How do you downgrade the firmware?

You do it the same way as upgrade - download the firmware, put it on a usb stick, and follow the update procedure like usually.
