I think I found a bug in Engine Prime software. My music is organized into folders named by artist. Whenever I drag one single folder to EP (to import music) then EP automatically creates a crate by artist name. However, when I drag multiple folders to EP it doesn’t create any crates. I do prefer the later, I don’t want EP to create crates for my artist.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
That is at the moment the normal behaviour. You can only drag one folder to get it named as crate or playlist.
I realize I should have been more clear with my explanation. I do not want to create Crates but simply import new music into my library.
There is a difference in behavior when importing only one new album or when importing several new albums:
while importing only one new album, EP creates a Crate with the name if the album (which I don’t want).
while importing several new albums, EP does not create any Crates (which is exactly what I want).
The bug is the first behavior. EP should not create crates while importing new music unless that music is dragged to the Crates.
