Bluetooth "streaming" output sound quality bad

Anyone use the Bluetooth out and else notice the sound quality isn’t the best when using Bluetooth streaming out? I have a prime go and I’ve tried and tested different speakers and they all sound terrible… it sounds as if the bit-rate is being compressed. If you use headphones or the main outputs it’s fine. I’m thankful it’s a option/feature we have but if the sound quality isn’t there it’s almost useless…

That’s Bluetooth for you.

The whole point of Bluetooth is a tradeoff in audio quality, to use a minimum of RF power, to connect devices on your person with minimal interference from others. This means very lossy compression and fairly high latency.

If you care about quality, don’t use Bluetooth. Full stop. It’s only there for convenience, like if you’re out at the park and practicing.
