Best way to create Spotify playlist from Engine history

As the title suggests, what is the best way to translate an Engine history export into a Spotify playlist.

I can see some JSON converter apps online but im trying to avoid any other logins etc.

I can also see you have a choice of JSON, CSV and I think M3U?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Anna_Groove Spotify does not support music in JSON format, as JSON is a data format used for storing and transmitting structured information, not audio.
