Please, read all what we written here already. No computer involved, no touch problem. Only pitch bend.
Try this when you get issues: put one hand on the jogwheel and with the other try touching something out of metal and grounded, like radiator if your building has such heating.
Sometimes walking/standing on synthetic rugs give you an static charge that interferes with the touch-capacitive jogwheels on controllers.
No computer has been mentioned but then , he hasn’t mentioned “there’s no computer” either.
Buy a grounding strap if that what could be the problem (I genuinely have no idea btw), then you can just attach it to something metal, and see if that makes any difference (or you could keep touching something metal each time you touch your jog wheel).
Hey guys,
thank you for all of your thoughts! I’ll try to ground myself better. maybe this could be the problem. The last view gigs always happened on a plastic underground. I will let you know.
Thanks for your help!!!
By the way, no computer involved
Touching a grounded metal object with the other hand is just a quick way of testing if you have a grounding issue. Buying a grounding strap is not a solution.
Hey guys I had to try around a lot. The last option was to send it in and have it repaired. The repair certificate stated that the internal grounding has been improved in some way. The way it looks to me, it is a design problem.
