Since the most recent Engine updates I’m having intermittent issues with the back/forward buttons and selection rotary dial not functioning properly.
They work as intended for a few tracks but eventually stop jumping back into the library view or selecting tracks. The load buttons don’t seem to be effected.
This is happening on my Prime Go and SC Live 4 so a suspect it’s a software issue. Has anyone else experienced this since updating to 5.X?
If it were a software problem, many people would have reported it by now. I think it’s a problem with your equipment; everything works fine for me, on both PGO and P4. Cheers.
Thanks for the reply. Maybe so. It’s just odd timing that the exact same fault would occur on both bits of hardware at the same time.
I know a similar issue was reported a few years ago but I’m guessing that was solved after an update. Fingers crossed this is a similar situation. At least the screen duplicates the functions for now.
