Automatic activation of a loop?

Hi, I recently bought a Denon Prime Go+.

I’ve always used Traktor, and I have to admit it feels strange. I’m not at all comfortable with the workflow, especially one feature that was important to me in Traktor: enabling automatic loop playback when the grid enters its time frame. Is that possible? I don’t know if you understand what I mean, but if you do, please let me know. Thanks

From page 54 of the manual.

To enable an active loop, press and hold the Parameter  button and press a pad with a saved loop (except PRIME GO). Active loops will begin looping automatically as soon as they are reached, and are shown with a striped pattern in the track waveform. You can also set these in the Engine DJ software.”

Except I have Prime Go+ and it doesn’t work on it according to what you wrote.

I tried it anyway and it doesn’t work…

Any other suggestions?

Set the active loops in engine dj before exporting to your usb drive. They will

Work then in Prime go.

It just says prime go not prime go+. Did you map a loop to a loop pad and try the above?

Yes, I tried, but there’s no actual parameter button.

There’s one on the touchscreen (so I tried the procedure with it) but it didn’t work
