Why dose it take so long for Denon to reply to my messages

I think they stopped coming to the forums altogether. 4+ year old basic feature requests still haven’t even been acknowledged.

Hey, I can’t speak authoritatively for the support team, but I do know we’ve rolled out a new support platform with the Engine DJ Community migration and will be moving all brands over to this eventually. If you’re having trouble getting a response to a support ticket, I’d suggest creating one via Support | Engine DJ.

You do know that Denon has a serious lack in communication between their users and their production and tech support teams, right? If you browse these forums, there are dozens of unanswered requests and tech support issues.

It looks like your team took out the option to view posts by number of likes. Obviously this was a slap in the face to Denon because it was proof the company has been ignoring every single major thing we have been requesting for years. Luckily I have a screen shot saved that exemplify these issues…

Nothing in that screen shot has been implemented. Most should have been day-one features.
