Apple Music issue

I updated to 4.3.1 on my Numark Mixstream Pro Go and linked my Apple Music and Soundcloud accounts to my Engine profile. Soundcloud is working fine, but every time I try to load Apple Music I first get a brief flash of the QR code and then nothing. When I tap again I get the error “Apple Music Login Failed. You have been logged out”. I tried downgrading to 4.3.0, but same issue appears, and the issue persisted when I upgraded back to 4.3.1. I can use my Apple Music account in Djay Pro with not issue, but it seems that there’s something preventing login from working on my Mixstream.

I saw that 4.3.1 was an update to potentially address this issue, but it’s still a problem for me and seems that there is no info online or here in the forum to help. The one thought I had was that my Apple Music account is a free add-on with my Verizon account, so perhaps there is a permission issue, but neither Apple nor Verizon see any problems with my account. Has anyone faced the same issue?

Thanks, I had a ticket that was closed without resolution, but just opened it up again (604884). Appreciate the help!

4.3.2 and still having this problem of it not logging in

Same Problem. I tried everything without solving the problem.

Seems like this issue is due to Apple Music accounts via cell phone carriers not being compatible…

Can you speak more about the cell phone compatibility issue? How was this established?

I have the same thing and will have paid for Apple Music via carrier maybe at some point..
