Why is it that Apple Music is not available in the SC5000/6000 players? Seems mad?
No DRM chip installed, that is a requirement of those streaming services on InMusic gear.

Apple and Amazon require DRM.
There’s honestly not much difference in content between the providers, so no need for one over the other. Just use the one that’s available 
There are huge differences in services absolutely.
I prefer Beatport for EDM genre, however it usually doesn’t have anything outside this genre.
Tidal is a go for in genres of classical, lounge, ambient, or maybe regional music, for example gipsy music. These are good at wedding parties.
but yeah there would be also differences between Apple and Beatport or Tidal. Even Amazon is a good to go as it has an enormous music database.
I only have Beatport and Tidal sub as those has more than 95% need.
When I say “providers” I’m referring specifically to the open format providers (e.g Apple - see thread title). Obviously the niche providers are different to the open format providers.
I regularly transfer playlists of all sizes between open format providers and 99% of the time the same tracks are available.
