Amazon tracks re-analysis

Hi all, I’m Max and this is my first post, so I hope I’ve done everything correctly.

I’ve a Denon SC Live2.

My question is this: is there a way to re-analyze Amazon tracks? Because sometimes, perhaps due to connection problems, the analysis is corrupted. I can’t upload an image because I’m a new user but, for example, I have a song that was parsed as being 6 seconds long (in reality is 4 minuts long) and the waveform/beatgrid is wrong (no bars).

I can’t find a way to re-analyze a single track.

Thank you in advance!

I don’t have Amazon, but the procedure is the same for all streaming services.

You cannot do this from the console, so you must first connect your remote drive to a computer running Engine DJ Desktop. At that point start the software, from it look for the track you want to re-analyze, right click on it and select “Delete from collection”. At that point it will be deleted from the database.

Now you need to connect your remote unit to the console and repeat the download and analysis of that track.

It worked, thanks!

I had tried to do it from the computer, but without connecting the sd card because I thought the wifi connection between the console and the pc was enough.

Thanks again.

Unfortunately, this feature is not planned for now. Here is an additional feature request if you are interested you can cast your vote on it:
