Already posted about this here, in July… No movement, no reply from Denon. So I’m bumping this topic. Apologies in advance to anyone who finds this offensive.
Wash boosts volume, especially of bass, ever since that update. Prior to that it was a useful and versatile effect. Since then, not so much. Pretty please, Denon, send Santa down my chimney with a fixed wash effect. I’ve been a good boy, I promise.
(p.s. fixing the high pass filter, which has the same problem, would be great too, but I don’t want to ask for too much. As-is I usually use the effect by first turning the knob beyond the volume boost danger zone, and only then hitting the button to turn it on. That kind of workaround is, to say the least…not a good use experience.)
