I’ve recently run into the issue that my music artwork is not showing up in engine prime at all. This goes for the software on my computer (windows) as well as the software on my prime go unit. Other dj softwares like Rekordbox and Traktor show the artwork of my music files perfectly fine. Re-importing track information does not resolve the absence of the artwork. What image formats are supported by engine prime? Might this be a storage issue? I’ve looked at other similar topics on the denon dj forum, but I’ve not found any possible solution yet. Hopefully someone can help me to resolve this issue!
