Super cool feature the Ableton link but Im trying to connect a Prime 4 to Ableton on a Macbook to be controlled by Push. Is there a way that besides having the bpm synced also have the tempo quantized?
I assume you’re running warped audio in Live and want tracks played on the Prime 4 to be warped too?
Unfortunately the Prime 4 (or any DJ kit for that matter) doesn’t do warping.
If you Link it to Live, the only part that follows the Live/Link tempo is the Prime’s beat grid, so if the grids of your Prime tracks are all lined up to the tempo of the tracks (which is a long manual task) then that’s the closest you’ll get to “quantized”.
