On my Prime Go box there’s a sticker that says it includes 3 months free, but I can’t find any voucher code. All that is inside the box is the instructions, a card to wear around your neck promoting Denon and another service for lighting, and a serial number sticker.
I spoke with the supplier (West End DJ) and they said that I need to get the voucher code from Denon via their website.
Does anyone know how I can obtain this as I can’t find where I need to go on the Denon site, only the page to redeem the voucher but it needs a voucher code.
