X1800 cracking sent for repair

not good, keep the pressure on your retailer, probably your only choice unless you have a Denon service center in your location.

Same here,

Already repaired once for the same issue… few sets later… here we are.

It looks like this mixer has a default of conceptions.

Such a shame… a so good mixer

Despite your clear advantages on Pioneer on the innovations, we need fiability.

I now have 2 x1800 with buzzing issues, one is out of warranty the other is in warranty, it’s a ■■■■■■■ joke

Yup, at this point all x1800 users should count on their mixers having the same issue at some point.

The good thing it’s a easy fix, even at home. I know two people who bought X1800 mixers on the cheap with this issue, fixed them with no special skills using the youtube video and now have good club mixers for home mixing/streaming.

Hi, can you share the link for the fix? It happens again and seems to really be a small issue but can’t find a tutorial.

Please note the top comment under the video, seems the fix is temporary and the permanent solution is to replace the bad capacitors on the board.

I’ve had and fixed this issue, what tends to happen is after about 3-4 months it happens again. All I do is open it up, tighten the fix, and it works again.

Yeah this fix didn’t work for me, mine had to go back to be fixed, once I got it back the best permanent fix was to flog it and buy an X1850, not had any problems since
