Tracks seem to drift after latest update

Be sure this isn’t impacting you:

Having a track that’s 123.3BPM, but purchased from Beatport and listed as 123BPM would cause similar behavior.

I think I’ve noticed the same thing. On the screen of my SC live 4, certain songs’ grids move slightly ahead and then slightly behind the grid of the song playing on another channel. The songs sounded fine ( in sync), but it was weird to see the display showing them drifting forwards and backwards

Hello, it is not just him that has the issue, I have the prime go and I had the same issue, it is just a software glitch, I downgraded to 2.0.1 and did not have that issue so you’re not alone

Is there a solution to this? It happens during half of my gigs on SC Live 4.

I believe the OP here was saying that the tracks audibly drift, not that the beat grids on the display were a bit wobbly.

The problem tracks were never specified, unfortunately.

Your issue though, may be just down to the low refresh rate of the screens.

DJRobC up here is also describing a similar issue to mine. I posted in a new thread for visibility because it’s quite a big issue.

It’s not the refresh rate, I am really talking about big noticeable sliding of tracks that have the same bpm. I’ll try to take a video next time

….but they’re not actually drifting? As RobC says, it’s just the display.

Yes it’s just the display. I can mix fine, but they are displayed as kinda drifting which is super annoying.
