Found it works on Windows 10 Pro for about four tracks and often skips a track that is playing, then shows the next track just before you get a java error. if that helps at all.

Mac wise it loops at going live, but never goes green.

Great progress though nice one :smiley:

Ah does one of your tracks have missing info in the track field?

I think it had both artists and track, maybe there could be an error trap so it adds a default name/song maybe DJ Name and Show Name if any data is missing?

Maybe a preset before you go live? Just an idea.

What about special language charakters ? Even engine OS and Engine Prime have problems with that. But if the error shows up in the “trim” command. It must be a too short variable or somewhat. I think a pointer goes into negative value, and this brings program to stop. yea. he has to check if artist or trackname lenght is greater than zero. to avoid errors in handling.

some bad news here, today it is not working again, the app doesn’t recognise when faders move up nor down ;(

I also tried the new unbox version and it is not working

Yeah that’s a good idea, I can just default to an empty string which should fix this.

I have the same issue as before, i can see the IDs but only on decks where PLAY/HOT CUE is pushed, it doesn’t respond to the fader position

Hmmm it should be fader up + play has been pressed, so if you bring in a new track with the fader down and play pressed, the track shouldn’t report out. Is that what you’re seeing? Also is this on Windows or Mac? Looks like Windows stopped working again?

Thanks for the video, weird it must be that the fader positions are read in over .99 for some reason. I’m away from my computer right now, but I think the latest debug script on windows should tell you the fader positions in the output, can you run this and post the output if the fader logs come through:

Thank you this is super helpful, so the line faders were completely down when the track was logged here? Looks like decks one and two were logged as line faders up.
