SC5000 has something loose/rattley inside

Hi. I have an SC5000 that rattles. If you pick it up & gently shake it, there’s definitely something loose inside. It’s a couple of years old now, so it’s probably easiest if I have a quick look inside myself. But i’m unsure of the best way to get inside one of these beasties! Is it best to take the top panel off first (remove countersunk torx screws, & lift panel?), or is there a better way in? I’ve looked everywhere on line, & there’s no sign of a service manual.
