Sadly, I never managed to. My gear was with a friend that moved out of town and I didn’t get it back until after the warranty ran out. After a bunch of searching I found this thread
I plan on opening my mixer up and using a multimeter to test all the grounds/eyeball everything. I have a feeling it’s a loose ground on the rca system, rather than any of the digital or XLR channels, at least in my case. I’m hoping it’s something I can fix, otherwise I have a bit of a trip to my nearest service center.
