Why aren’t Denon even responding to this issue, it seems that their firmware is junk but they don’t want to do anything about it. I’ve had issues with my platters but only since updating the firmware, they worked perfectly before that…

It’s not Serato, I’ve uninstalled it and gone back to before it was DJ pro (1.9)
Out of interest, does anyone know if the top of the platter is purely capacitive, or will it partially operate through resistive to a point? Edit: scrap that, turning the platter will work if you touch the top, I’m being an idiot lol.
