5.0.1 fixing lc6000 is here 
I only have one thing to say, even though Iām not an LC userā¦ thank you Denon, Iām happier every day to be on this team. Youāre the kind of gear any DJ could wish forā¦ congratulations, youāre doing a great job! Your speed and improvements speak volumes about you. Some people forget that when you buy gear, updates and improvements arenāt always freeā¦ I still remember version 2 of my P4ā¦ thanks!
Although this release introduced issues, things seems to be picked up fast by the development team. If you plan your upgrades correctly, you can always downgrade.
That said, an open issue tracker with which bugs are being looked into (ie github issues) would be helpful understanding open problems etc.
Perhaps the lesson to be learned is to avoid opening your mouth too quickly and shouting loudly to complain, and to give the development team time to react, which they did since the problem was fixed with a patch in less than two days.
Thereās a difference between reporting a problem politely and complaining vindictively like a spoiled child.
Yes, mistakes happen, yes, bugs happen, regardless of the manufacturer, and yes, the LC6000s have always worked perfectly during all beta tests (and there have been a lot of beta versions), including the Release Candidate.
The important thing is that the development team reacted quickly to release a fix, and they probably would have reacted just as quickly if you had simply reported the problem politely, as most users did, instead of whining as you did.
