I’m having the same issue here after updating to 5.0.0. Hopefully Engine Dj will fix it very soon.

Windows Update? An LC connects directly to an SC or other Prime device. Unless I don’t understand your comment.

I just upgrade my Prime 4+ and now the deck does not recognize my LC6000 anymoren.

Maybe this is their way of telling us that we are the team and it’s on us to find everything wrong with an update before it’s delivered to the public.
Prime 4+ 2x lc6000 - not connecting any more. That’s not ok! Anyone reading this don’t update.
Reese has already stated that it was working fine in the beta prior to release.

This is a cautionary tale. If the software you use is critical to your mission, let the update circulate a bit first.

im rolling back anyway, event this weekend. not risking it
Problem is now have to cleanup library again because artwork isn’t shown due to differences with 5.0.0 management
I keep a backup drive and ended up switching to that and using allway sync to mirror the drives again after the 5.0 update changes.
