Jogwheel Extremely tight! I compared two Prime 4's

Hi everyone.

This has been a debate in the past whether or not the jogwheel is too tight during the manufacturing process…

is this a manufacturing defect or a setting issue? I have had a few warranty Prime 4’s sent out and each one has had different tensions and now I was able to demonstrate that with my friends Prime 4 and mine. PS. - both prime 4’s are up to date on firmware.
