If anyone could help with this issue i’ve been having it would be massively appreciated.
When trying to update to firmware v2.5 the update continuously freezes on “downloading” for the control mcu. This is a persistent error as i have tried multiple usb sticks, reformatted and also purchased a brand new one.
It is a frustrating error as I cannot use engine prime with my mcx8000 and previous attempts to contact denon support have been ignored. I need a solution asap. Thank you.
