Hi everyone, I recently updated my Denon Prime 4+ to Engine OS 5.0.0, and I’ve started experiencing performance issues that weren’t present before. Issue description: Whenever I load a track onto a deck while another track is already playing, I notice a brief but noticeable stutter in the audio. T…

[image] the wave-form on the lane appeared on my video as latest action/item… … i’m still using the old wave forms… i’m wondering why: do these rgb-files appear (also for old visuals) and why a 2nd time ( i’ve already loaded the related tracks another day) i loose confidence in my bus theory …

Seems like the rest of the issues have been worked out. I just updated my Go and so far I haven’t encountered a single issue. [image] What’s new? - Engine DJ Downloads | Desktop, OS & Manuals Engine DJ Download - Software downloads, updates, and manuals for Engine DJ Desktop and Engine…

Thank you for the update! :folded_hands:t2::cherry_blossom:

Still, there is a slight drift when the sc6000m platters are spinning. but as how it was before was worst. Now it’s a bit better

No issues on my Prime 4+ and 2x LC6000 expansion controllers or sound switch control one. everything working fine with no stuttering or problems so far.

Bravo, Denon. I just updated to v5.0.4 via Wi-Fi and have been putting it through its paces for a while; it looks like the audio dropout issues are finally resolved. I’ll keep testing later this afternoon and post an update here. Thanks, Denon—cheers.

Thanks to the Denon team and all the forum members that helped the devs solve this huge problem! Would highly advice Denon team to check beta versions a bit more before stable release next time though. Stability >> features

I also had a go with 5.0.4. So far, so good! No audio dropouts/stutter. I will do a bit more testing. And for the first time since 5.0.0, I actually notice an improvement in responsiveness overall. I can feel the difference some people reported when 5.0.0 dropped.

No dropouts on my Prime4+ with 5.0.4 either
