This bug exists before 4.0. Prime 4+ will randomly invert the button state in relation to the actual cue (PFL) state.
It’s annoying but since I never managed to reproduce and it doesn’t cause noticeable problems to the dancefloor I didn’t bother reporting the bug.
But yeah, it happens to me very rarely.
