Engine desktop not cleaning temp files after stem processing on mac?

Did you delete your Time Machine backup and reboot? I wonder if it keeps being that space for the next time you back up.

Im not using time machine at all - no back-ups or anything related to time machine

According to Daisy Disk:

The purgeable space mostly consists of local snapshots of Time Machine, and also caches, sleep images, swap files and other temporary system files.

If you’re not using time machine, this may not be specific to Engine OS.

So this just happened right now again. I cleared the purgeable space this morning. The absolute only thing I’ve been doing is rendering stems, 100 at a time.

My purgeable space is now the same size as my free space. This is def Engine specific.
