Denon Engine not displaying

HI,

I have an issue where the program runs,but doesn’t display.

I have hard shutdown & reset and then reinstalled my Engine software,but no progress, still the same situation.

I have removed the previous Engine files to a memory stick, and there should be a fresh install.

I see someone had a similar issue in 2018, but I do not understand the given successful response to fix this issue.

Please help.

Hi, are you talking about the desktop software or the OS on your device?

If it’s the desktop software, what version of Engine are you running and what are your computer specs, likewise if its the OS, what version and what device?

If you have a second display connected to your PC/laptop, unplug it and then try running Engine Prime.

To be clear I’ve not had an issue getting Engine to work before, just in the past week (maybe a windows update?), and I feel I have tried what I know should fix this, but so far has not.

I don’t have a second display, just my laptop.

Is it Mac or Windows? and is this with the new 3.2.0 version of the desktop app or an older version?
