In addition, could you please help me see what kind of data cable (or model) the SC LIVE4 connects to the computer? Because I found I couldn’t find it.
I’m trying to figure out how to connect to the computer without using the screen.
I just had the same experience and worked through all of the steps with Denon DJ support. In the end, they recommended either return it to Amazon, or do a warranty claim which would take 2-4 weeks. I’m still in my return window, so I sent it back to Amazon. My operating conditions were on properly grounded residential wiring in the US. My operating (ambient) temperature is 72 degrees Fahrenheit. I also reflashed the firmware and am running engine dj 4.2.0. Everything is as it should be. However, the screen will only work for a little bit, and then soon after it just stops responding. It’s unfortunate. All physical controls - e.g. the rotary dial, BCK and FWD buttons work as they should. I thought I might have a one off, but seeing there are issues across the SC Live 4 and also the Prime 4+, I’m hesitant to replace it with another unit. It’s an awesome feature set for the price but without a working touchscreen, the feature set is of no use.

I have an issue with the screen, it’s just not work, it has some lights up under the screen but the information not appearing and its dark. But the touch is working, I was turning off it by memory button and it looks it works. Does anyone has the same?
