Hey guys so I recently purchased both the SC5000 players and mixer. Went thru all the videos of setting them up and downloading the software but every time I go onto denondj.com to download the newest version of Engine Prime and to download the newest firmware for the players, it says “this website cannot be found”. I’ve clicked on the links provided within the denondj.com website but no matter what I do, whether that is trying another browser or even my phone, it continues to say this website cannot be found. I had to download the engine prime elsewhere, but it’s an older version, as well as one of my players is still on the old firmware. Help pleaseeeeeeee. Thank you!
