Most likely a fix for this:

Hi, @Bawbi We’re currently looking into the issue. It seems to be a misbehaving web-server. From what we have seen, trying this again a few more times after a couple of minutes seems to result in a sucessful download. Can you please have another go and let us know if you were able to successfully download it?
