Download the file from the website onto a clean usb (make sure you choose the usb symbol file) then plug it into your equipment, go into the update menu on your equipment & choose update via usb, it will then update (revert back to the firmware you chose).
You might want to switch off wifi before doing it but I don’t think it matters, just remember not to update back to the latest firmware when your equipment asks you until problems have been resolved.
