4.3.4 for desktop PC thinks my Database is missing. Worked fine with 4.3.3

A few considerations… The database changed between 4.0.0 and 4.0.1. The versions between 2.4.0 and 4.3.4 are gone from the desktop versions download and release notes page: Desktop and OS Downloads + Manuals | Engine DJ. They are still in the Engine OS downloads page. Have I short-circuited and those are located elsewhere? There is this in 4.3.4 “Fixed a security vulnerability identified in the Engine Remote Library; we highly recommend that all users upgrade.”

I also posted a link to a Waybackmachine archive of the downloads page with release notes between 2.4.0 and 4.3.4. You won’t get a download from that.

We assume it’s because of the security bug they found in the desktop version.

The Engine OS versions are still available.

Denon DJ should warn that in the release notes!

I have 4.1 for Mac. That’s where I stopped updating.
