Hello,

I am having trouble with my X1850 mixer.

The mixer keeps restarting, and even though I have it set to 48 kHz, the Windows driver display shows 44.1 kHz. This happens on two different PCs, both running Windows 11.

However, I tested it with a Windows 10 PC, and the mixer works perfectly.

What could be causing this? Could a new driver update be needed?

Thank you very much.

Update.

The mixing console has also started malfunctioning when connected to the Windows 10 computer. Furthermore, it is also malfunctioning when not connected to the computer.

The mixing console restarts on its own.
