X1800 and X1850 digital in to out sound difference?

Are the X1800 and X1850 indistinguishable from each other sonically going digital in to digital out, effects off, with same settings?

I realize they use slightly different converters because the older ones were deprecated, there’s a different headphone amp, the effects are different, and they have cosmetic differences. And of course the X1800 now has fewer glitches because it’s been out longer.

But any of you ever owned both and compared their in situ sound, so to speak, SPDIFs or USB only to common converters or digitally recorded?

Any of you actually tested both either with an analyzer, RMAA, or with a null test?
