Just got the unit delivered had it plugged in and just got it playing music from a usb stick when it when black and now it won’t turn on. It was pretty cool for about 10 minutes. Not sure what happened but everything on the same power strip had no issues and still working. Could it be some software glitch? Kinda upset about this and worried if this product will be ok to use for live performances.
i waited about 20 min before turning it on after the unboxing. no condensation here in Florida and it was not left outside. went straight from truck into the house.
