Recently there have been a few problems with my Prime 4. The latest updates have come out where when I am connected to wifi and want to use tidal. then it suddenly cuts the song. everything disappears from the screen. like nothing has been uploaded. now it happens to me once every evening I use it out at work. most recently today it happened 2 times.
it comes up that it is disconnected. or cannot connect to wifi. this also happens if you are connected via mobile and have good quality on everything
And Yes my prime 4 has the newest update.
