I bought a Prime 4second hand yesterday - all I got was the controller & power cable & loving it so far BUT I’m unable to update either the firmware (no idea how to find out what version it’s running) or the software it’s running. It’s currently running 1.4.1.
I’ve tried to update it via my Windows laptop but the cable doesn’t seem to be communicating with Prime 4 & vice versa.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction to solve these issues
