Using Channel 3 & 4 in Windows

Is it possible to route the default Playback Windows sounds into the MCX8000 channel 3 or 4 (far left & right)?

My DJ software are sending the audio to channel 1 & 2 fine, but i want my default windows sounds (for example Spotify) into channel 3 and using the MCX EQ and channel fader. Input select is set to PC.

I know this is possible to use an second soundcard and hardwire it to channel 3/4, but i want to use it thru software.

Not possible. Windows cannot use the mcx soundcard if another application (DJ software) is already using it.
